Building Resilience Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop

An opportunity to explore various arm balances and inversions in this fun & challenging workshop.

‘It’s not how we fall it’s how we get back up again’

Falling is inevitable but how do you respond? Do pick yourself up and have another go, criticise yourself for not being perfect or blame the situation for making you fall in the first place.

What we learn about ourselves on our yoga mat is so insightful, it helps us to see how we respond when we are challenged and it’s through this insight that we can change and grow. Resilience isn’t something you are born with it’s a skill we can all develop through conscious effort and consistent practice.

Yoga is much more than a physical practice it develops a great sense of self awareness and through this we can learn how to self regulate which is an important skill for building resilience.

So if you’d like to learn more about your own persional approach to challenges and problems through the practice of yoga and have some fun, maybe mastering a few yoga tricks as you go along then this workshop is perfect for you.
